Eaton is seeking an M&A Integration Program Manager to drive the successful integration of Boyd Thermal in the United States. The role is remote within the U.S. with travel up to 25% to Eaton and Boyd Thermal sites, coordinating across regions and time zones.

You will translate priorities into plans, manage initiatives end-to-end, and maintain critical program data in integration systems, including risks, milestones, and actions. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years in program/project management, management consulting, or post-merger integration.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
• Eaton will not sponsor employment visas.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional plans, milestones, risks, and executive reporting.
• Independently manage selected integration initiatives from planning through execution.
• Maintain program information in integration-management systems (milestones, actions, risks, issues, decisions).
• Identify conflicts and risks; develop mitigation plans with stakeholders and escalate as needed.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and executive briefings for governance reviews.
• Facilitate governance meetings, agendas, decisions, and actions.
• Plan TSA exits, operating-model changes, and other integration priorities.
• Support stakeholder engagement, readiness, training, and adoption activities.
• Analyze data to identify trends and improve visibility; capture lessons learned.
