Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. You will serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The role requires 8-10 years of P&C insurance project management experience, a Bachelor's in Business, and strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 8-10 years P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives and roadmaps for M&A.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across integrations.
• Lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Manage risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Develop governance structures and reports for exec leadership.
• Communicate project status and decisions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure scalable, repeatable integration processes.
• Mentor junior PMs and drive professional development.
• Uphold IOA values and compliance.
