Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to oversee merger integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role acts as a key liaison among executive leadership, acquired entities, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, experience leading M&A integrations, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple teams and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures for integration.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring process and systems alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones.
