Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations. You’ll serve as a key liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, budget-aligned outcomes.

Requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field with 8–10 years of P&C insurance experience; PMP certification and MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
