Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large transformation initiatives. This role serves as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Business (MBA preferred), 8–10+ years in project management with P&C insurance, and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field); MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams across mergers and integrations.
• Develop project plans, monitor milestones, and manage budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate status and decisions to senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
