Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large transformation initiatives. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, strong leadership, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred for advanced strategic oversight.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and align with business priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage internal resources, external vendors, and stakeholders for successful execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure milestones.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop communication plans and provide updates to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with business leaders across departments to drive alignment.
