Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. The role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects, aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders for proper allocation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage project changes, scope adjustments, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; communicate status to leadership.
