Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation initiatives. The role serves as a key liaison between leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment to keep programs on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success metrics, and governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and align with priorities.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead cross-functional workstreams for successful business transitions.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale projects, aligning processes, teams, and objectives.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources and vendors to ensure proper support.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: develop plans, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
