Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration efforts and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role coordinates executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, within-budget outcomes.

The Ideal candidate holds a Business degree with 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• PMP certification preferred; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects maintaining budget and schedule.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors to support delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status.
