Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a key liaison between executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a business degree with 8–10+ years in project management and P&C insurance, plus experience leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, transformations, or large-scale initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives and roadmaps with governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with milestones.
• Manage changes, scope, and stakeholder alignment.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and decisions to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and operations.
