Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Senior M&A Integration Manager to lead end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will own synergy delivery, risk management, and build a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, guiding cross-functional teams through strategy, planning, tollgates, and change management to achieve durable business outcomes beyond task completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred, candidates with relevant experience may be considered
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations
• Strong experience with value creation and synergy delivery

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts, ownership of synergy delivery and risk management
• Establish a repeatable integration capability aligned with operational excellence
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to deliver business outcomes
• Drive Day 1 readiness and integration planning (0–180 days) across functions
• Manage tollgate reviews with executive leadership and clear escalation paths
• Coordinate integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS
