Job summary

Reworld seeks a Senior M&A Integration Manager to drive end-to-end integration governance and value realization across acquisitions. You will lead a tollgate-based model and guide cross-functional integration with a focus on operational excellence.

You will deliver synergy, manage risk, and build a repeatable integration capability at strategic and execution levels, ensuring Day 1 readiness and durable outcomes across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is strongly preferred; candidates with relevant experience may be considered.
• 8+ years of experience in M&A integration, operations, or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional integrations.
• Experience operating in industrial, energy, or operational environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end integration governance and tollgate-based value realization across acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional integration efforts with synergy delivery and risk management responsibilities.
• Operate at strategic and execution levels to ensure business outcomes beyond task completion.
• Lead integration across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Commercial, and EHS; remove barriers and resolve conflicts.
• Develop and execute change management and communication plans for integrations.
• Support building and improving the integration playbook, tools, and checklists.
• Stakeholder management to align functions with integration goals.
