Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations across the organization. The role acts as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive alignment to keep initiatives on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs to align processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage resources and vendors to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status and decisions to senior leadership.
