Job summary

BCTS is seeking an Integrations Manager to serve as the operational owner of post-close integration, converting deal diligence into a structured, governable program and acting as the day-to-day quarterback of execution across finance, HR, IT, and field operations.

You will lead the integration plan, RAID log, governance cadence, cadence of status reports, and a repeatable playbook while partnering with the M&A team to ensure synergies are tracked and realized.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in M&A integration, PMO, or corporate strategy/operations.
• Demonstrated project/program management rigor across multiple workstreams.
• Strong cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the post-close integration program with organized plans and RAID log.
• Define and run governance cadence and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate across finance, HR, IT/systems, and field operations.
