Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of integration projects and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for seamless execution.
• Develop risk management plans and monitor milestone progress.
• Communicate status, risks and decisions to senior leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
