Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects across the organization. The role partners with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

You will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive alignment to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors to support execution.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones within budget and schedule.
• Communicate progress and risks to leadership; maintain governance records.
