Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A integration and large-scale transformation initiatives. The role interfaces with executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The candidate will develop project frameworks, manage risks, track milestones, and drive organizational alignment across functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required
• 8–10+ years P&C insurance experience
• PMP certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and align priorities
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring process and system alignment
• Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and monitor milestones
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and execution activities
• Identify risks and mitigate to keep initiatives on schedule and budget
• Communicate status, decisions, and outcomes to leadership
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records
