Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. You will act as a key liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead merger and acquisition integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment of processes, systems, teams, and objectives.
• Manage internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders for proper allocation.
