Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations. The role serves as a liaison between executives, teams, acquisitions, and partners to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget.

You will drive frameworks, manage risks, track milestones and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Experience in P&C insurance and M&A is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of PM and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross‑functional teams.
• Oversee large transformation programs ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate resources and stakeholders; manage risks.
• Communicate status, decisions and outcomes to leadership.
