Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformation initiatives. This role serves as a liaison between executive leadership, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure successful integration outcomes.

The Integration Manager develops project frameworks, manages risks, tracks milestones, and drives alignment to stay on schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder skills.
• Analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: define objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, governance.
• Project Scope & Requirements: collaborate with stakeholders to define scope and objectives.
• M&A Integration Leadership: lead integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Program Management: oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Resource Coordination: manage internal resources and vendors.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: develop plans, monitor progress, manage budgets.
• Change Management: handle scope changes and maintain alignment.
• Risk Management: identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: provide regular updates to leadership.
• Performance Measurement: use PM tools to track progress.
• Documentation & Governance: maintain project docs and governance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with leaders across functions.
• Process Improvement: optimize processes for efficiency.
