Job summary

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define project objectives and roadmaps.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Define scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources and external vendors.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Develop plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Change Management: Manage changes and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular leadership updates.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain project docs and governance records.
