Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large-scale transformations across the organization. The role acts as a liaison among executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business, 8-10+ years in P&C insurance and experience leading M&A collaborations, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• 8-10+ years of P&C insurance experience in PM/PMO roles.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or major transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Define integration objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integrations.
• Oversee transformation programs, aligning processes and systems.
• Manage resources, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones.
• Create executive-level reports and project documentation.
