Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with PMP or equivalent credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience
• Experience leading M&A integrations, organizational transformations, or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred
• PMP certification preferred
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects from planning through execution and delivery
• Strong communication, prioritization, and time management skills
• Proven leadership capability with a track record of driving results and managing competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Integration Strategy & Planning: Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Project Scope & Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, dependencies.
• M&A Integration Leadership: Lead integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Transformation Program Management: Oversee large-scale transformation projects.
• Resource Coordination: Manage internal resources, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: Develop and maintain detailed project plans and milestones.
• Change Management: Manage changes and implementation activities.
• Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Develop updates for leadership on status and decisions.
• Performance Measurement: Use metrics and reporting frameworks to evaluate progress.
• Documentation & Governance: Maintain project documentation and governance records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business leaders to drive alignment.
• Process Improvement: Identify efficiency opportunities and implement scalable solutions.
