Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A integration projects and large-scale transformations. You will plan, coordinate, and execute integration initiatives, serving as a liaison between executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience, plus PMP certification preferred, and strong stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams to support M&A integration.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects aligning processes and systems.
• Manage resources, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed plans, monitor progress, and control budgets.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
