Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integration projects and large transformation initiatives. You will liaise with executives, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on-schedule, within-budget outcomes that support strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, and experience leading M&A integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years in project management and P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and teams.
• Manage resources, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor project milestones.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on status, decisions, and outcomes.
