Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large-scale transformations. The role acts as a bridge between executive leadership, acquired entities, and partners to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, strong stakeholder management skills, PMP (preferred), and a track record of guiding complex programs to successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Collaborate to define scope, objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects with aligned processes and systems.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project success.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budgets.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate status, decisions, and outcomes to leadership regularly.
• Create executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
