Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integration projects and large transformation initiatives. This role acts as a key liaison among executives, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10+ years of PM experience in P&C insurance, leadership capabilities, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years PM experience in P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to craft executive-level reports and project docs.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, objectives, and governance.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for acquisitions.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and transformation programs.
• Oversee large-scale projects aligning processes and systems.
• Manage internal resources and external vendors.
• Develop detailed plans, track milestones, and manage risks.
• Communicate status, risks, and decisions to leadership.
• Drive changes while maintaining project scope and alignment.
