Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager - M&A to lead cross-functional M&A integrations and large transformation initiatives. You will coordinate executives, acquired entities, and external partners to keep initiatives on schedule and within budget, shaping governance and communication plans.

The role requires 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, a business degree (MBA preferred), and strong stakeholder leadership across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large enterprise transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; executive reporting capability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Demonstrated leadership delivering results across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs, ensuring process and systems alignment.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party partners effectively.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones and budget.
• Manage changes, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and address issues proactively.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and governance bodies.
• Document governance, integration plans, and decision logs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and operations to drive execution.
