Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an Integration Manager – M&A to lead merger and acquisition integration projects and large-scale transformation initiatives. This role partners with executives, cross-functional teams, and acquired entities to ensure smooth transitions and measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, and experience guiding complex integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive reports and project documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Define integration roadmaps, timelines, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Oversee transformation programs aligning processes, systems, and people.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and monitor milestones.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and logs.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and IT to drive execution.
