Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise initiatives preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, and success measures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment of processes and systems.
• Manage internal resources and third-party vendors for project delivery.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans with milestones and budgets.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to leadership.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment throughout.
