Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger and acquisition integrations and large transformations. The role acts as a liaison among executive leadership, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Business (MBA preferred) and 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large transformations preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives across cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation projects ensuring alignment with budget and schedule.
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project needs.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and milestones.
• Manage scope changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Create executive-level reports and project documentation.
