Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute merger integrations and large‑scale transformations. You will act as a liaison among executives, cross‑functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget outcomes.

The role requires 8–10+ years in P&C insurance, a business degree, and PM leadership capabilities. Eastern Time zone alignment is preferred with on-site/hybrid requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• 8–10+ years of P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring alignment of processes, systems & teams.
• Manage internal resources and third‑party vendors; allocate capabilities.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans; track milestones and budgets.
• Communicate progress to leadership; manage risks and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
