Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A in a role that blends strategic planning with hands-on execution. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver merger and acquisition integrations across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, with PMP preferred, and a track record of leading complex programs from planning through delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale enterprise transformations.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong PM, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define integration strategy, roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives, coordinating cross-functional workstreams.
• Oversee transformation programs, ensuring processes, systems, teams align with objectives.
• Coordinate internal resources, third-party vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans and monitor milestones within timelines and budgets.
• Manage changes, scope adjustments, and implementation activities.
• Identify risks and mitigate issues affecting integration success.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Use PM tools and metrics to evaluate progress and outcomes.
• Maintain governance records and project documentation.
• Collaborate with executives, Finance, HR, IT, and external partners.
• Continuously pursue process improvements and organizational change.
• Demonstrate leadership and drive results amid competing priorities.
