Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager – M&A to drive merger and acquisition integration projects. This role coordinates executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes aligned with strategic goals.

The ideal candidate has 8-10+ years in project management within P&C insurance, plus M&A integration experience and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations, transformations or large-scale programs.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence multiple teams and executives.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, roadmaps, timelines and governance for integrations.
• Lead M&A integration efforts with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Oversee transformation programs ensuring budgets and milestones are met.
• Coordinate internal resources and vendors for project success.
• Develop communication plans and provide regular leadership updates.
• Manage risks, changes, and maintain project integrity.
• Create executive-level reports, presentations, and project docs.
• Foster collaboration across IOA and acquired entities.
