Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an Integration Manager for M&A to plan, coordinate, and execute integration projects across the organization. You will serve as a liaison between executive leadership, cross-functional teams, acquired entities, and external partners to ensure timely, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Business, 8–10+ years in P&C insurance project management, and experience leading M&A integrations. PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business (or related field) required; MBA preferred.
• 8-10+ years of project management and P&C insurance experience.
• Experience leading M&A integrations or large-scale transformations preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Experience creating executive-level reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, integration roadmaps, timelines, success measures, and governance structures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and align with business priorities.
• Lead M&A integration initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee large-scale transformation programs aligning processes and systems.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans and milestones.
• Manage project changes, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance records.
• Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, Technology to drive execution.
