Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth through both organic and inorganic strategies, including digital health ventures and emerging technologies. The role interacts with management teams and may be remote with regular travel to the Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance/strategy, healthcare experience, and an MBA is strongly preferred. The position includes a 10% target bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD/M&A/Strategy; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Demonstrated success in a complex, matrix organization; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams for due diligence, business cases, and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management to support prioritization of inorganic targets.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces; support strategy discussions.
