Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required.
• MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, and companies/assets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.
• Prepare pitches to align management on inorganic targets and strategic portfolio decisions.
• Model valuations using DCF, NPV, and precedent analyses; support execution of opportunities.
