Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through inorganic and strategic initiatives, including digital health and venture opportunities. You will interact with management teams and lead due diligence, business case development, and board approvals.

Travel to Lake Zurich, IL is required; local candidates receive priority. The role is eligible for a target bonus of 10% of base salary and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in BD, M&A, strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Ability to navigate a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets for inorganic growth.
• Lead projects with cross-functional teams through due diligence, business case, and execution.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment on inorganic targets.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis, target evaluations, and scenario planning.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analysis.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from identification to execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver corporate projects and board approvals.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
