Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA is seeking a Manager, Corporate Portfolio and M&A to drive growth of the corporate portfolio through strategic inorganic ventures and new business development, including digital health and venture investments. The role requires collaboration with management teams and regular interaction across the organization; remote work is possible with travel to our Lake Zurich, IL headquarters.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in a scientific/technical/finance field, MBA preferred,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business development, M&A, strategy; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work in a matrix org.
• Willing to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets and targets for inorganic growth across Fresenius business areas.
• Lead project management with cross-functional teams through due diligence and board approvals.
• Prepare pitch documents to support prioritization of inorganic opportunities.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Manage strategic corporate projects from evaluation to execution.
• Present Fresenius as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
