Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in BD, M&A, strategy or analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (including international).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets including startups for inorganic growth.
• Lead project management with cross functional teams and due diligence.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization.
• Manage internal portfolio analysis and evaluation of new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analyses.
• Oversee inorganic opportunities through all phases from evaluation to execution.
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver on corporate projects.
• Present Fresenius Kabi as a preferred partner to external interfaces.
• Leverage market insights to shape strategy and future direction.
