Job summary

The RealReal is seeking experienced luxury sales professionals to join as Luxury Sales Specialists. This part-time, 100% commission role leverages your existing network to source high-value consignments and drive growth with private clients across Handbags, Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.

You’ll act as a premier brand ambassador, coordinating pickup, valuation, and secure shipping to our authentication centers while traveling within your regional market.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail sales and client relationship management.
• Established network with high-net-worth individuals.
• Background in styling, real estate, interior design, or PR is advantageous.
• Ability to work part-time with uncapped commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Source high-value luxury consignments from your existing network.
• Maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients with a white-glove service.
• Develop outreach strategies to bring in new consignments and clients.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers; travel within region as needed.
