Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Specialist who can monetize an existing network of high-net-worth clients. This 100% commission-based, part-time role offers the freedom to run your business your way with training and support.

You will source luxury consignments, maintain high-touch relationships, and travel within your market to meet clients while leveraging CRM tools to manage your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Current or prior experience in personal styling, luxury retail sales, real estate, interior design, or high-end public relations.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network to source luxury consignments and drive new sellers to The RealReal.
• Maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with high net worth clients through a personalized, white-glove service.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in high-end luxury consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and secure shipment to authentication centers.
• Travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site as needed.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage your client pipeline.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Show professionalism and business acumen when engaging high-net-worth individuals.
