The RealReal is seeking an established luxury professional to join as a Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based, part-time, remote role open to many US cities, leveraging your existing network to source high-value luxury consignments.

As a premier brand ambassador, you will cultivate elite client relationships, manage end-to-end logistics, and drive independent growth with white-glove service for high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications

• Established book of business capable of generating high-value luxury consignments and new sellers.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Independent work style with ability to manage your own schedule and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Monetize Your Existing Network by sourcing high-quality consignments from VIP contacts and affluent individuals.
• Cultivate Elite Client Relationships with long-term, trust-based, white-glove service for high net worth clients.
• Drive Independent Growth by executing creative outreach and networking strategies to bring in luxury consignments.
• Manage End-to-End Logistics including pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Deliver Exceptional Service to ensure client retention and repeat business.
