Job summary

The RealReal, Inc. is seeking an established, autonomous Luxury Sales Specialist to monetize your existing network by sourcing high-value luxury consignments from private clients.

This is a 100% commission-based, part-time role with flexible hours designed for self-starters in the United States. You'll work remotely, travel within your regional market as needed, manage end-to-end logistics, maintain elite client relationships, and drive growth with white-glove service to upscale consignors.

Qualifications

• Established network capable of generating recurring luxury consignments and new sellers.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and apparel.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule, and drive results.
• Professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort using CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipeline.
• Willingness to travel within your regional market to meet clients.
• Valid driver’s license (except in Manhattan and Chicago markets).
• Proof of car insurance meeting local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your established network to source high-quality consignments.
