The RealReal, Inc. seeks an established luxury professional to join as a Luxury Sales Specialist. This is a 100% commission-based, part-time role for those with an existing high-net-worth network and a flexible, remote, field-based setup across the United States.

You will monetize your network, cultivate elite client relationships, and manage end-to-end logistics for consignments, driving independent growth with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

• Established book of business and VIP networks for sourcing high-value consignments.
• Deep knowledge of luxury brands across handbags, jewelry, watches, and ready-to-wear.
• Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
• Exceptional professionalism to maintain trust with high-net-worth individuals.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Monetize your existing network by sourcing high-quality luxury consignments.
• Cultivate long-term, white-glove client relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to bring in new consignments and clients.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and secure shipment of consignments to authentication centers.
• Deliver a premium, end-to-end customer experience to maximize retention.
