Expanding luxury network: The RealReal, Inc. seeks an autonomous Luxury Sales Specialist to monetize your existing book of business across handbags, jewelry, watches and ready-to-wear.

This is a part-time, 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential and flexible schedules for self-starters. You will source high-value consignments, cultivate elite client relationships with white-glove service, coordinate pickup and shipment, and travel within your regional market to meet clients

Qualifications

• Established personal and professional network capable of immediately generating recurring, high-value luxury consignments and new sellers.
• Deep knowledge of top-tier luxury brands across Handbags, Fine Jewelry, Watches, and Ready-to-Wear.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to manage own schedule and drive results.
• Sophisticated relationship management with high-net-worth individuals.
• Proficient with CRM tools and digital platforms to manage client pipelines.
• Willingness to travel within your regional market to meet clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source luxury consignments from your network and bring in high-value items.
• Maintain long-term relationships with elite clients through white-glove service.
• Develop outreach strategies to grow high-end consignments.
• Coordinate pickup, valuation, and shipment to authentication centers.
• Provide a premium, seamless experience throughout the consigning lifecycle.
