The Claros Travel is seeking a Luxury Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing high-touch support for reservations, itineraries, and service arrangements across our luxury client base.

You will communicate clearly via phone, email, and messaging, manage bookings, keep clients informed of policies, and ensure exceptional service before, during, and after travel experiences. This role offers 100% remote work, ongoing training, and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications
