Job summary

Maiden Home, a leader in luxury furnishings, seeks a seasoned A&D Contract Sales Executive to grow our Seattle contract channel. You will nurture relationships with architects, designers, hospitality firms, and developers, guiding long-cycle projects from outreach to close.

You will represent Maiden Home with polish, manage complex client needs, and drive revenue across contract and residential channels while traveling frequently from Seattle.

Qualifications

• Seattle-based with ability to travel frequently.
• 6+ years of luxury contract A&D sales experience with a strong personal book of business.
• Established network with Seattle-area A&D firms and design studios.
• Experience in luxury furniture, textiles, lighting or related interiors.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue growth across Maiden Home's contract and residential channels.
• Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and trade partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through quoting, negotiation, close, and post-sale relationship management.
• Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, and leadership to support opportunities.
