Job summary

Maiden Home is seeking a high‑performing A&D Sales Executive to grow contract and residential channels in the Boston area. You will build and manage partnerships with interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, and trade partners, guiding complex projects from prospecting to close.

You will own the full sales cycle, maintain a strong pipeline, and collaborate with product, merchandising and operations to deliver best‑in‑class service and brand experience for high‑end clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of luxury contract A&D sales experience.
• Extensive personal book of business in Boston area.
• Strong network within the A&D community and leading design firms.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue across Maiden Home’s contract and residential channels.
• Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, hospitality groups, and trade partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through quoting, negotiation, close and post‑sale relationship management.
• Guide clients toward solutions that match aesthetics, timeline, and budget.
• Build a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate with merchandising, operations and leadership to support contracts.
• Track activity and forecasts in CRM and report regularly.
• Represent Maiden Home in meetings, showrooms, and industry events.
