Maiden Home is seeking a high performing A&D Contract Sales Executive to grow our contract channel in the San Francisco Bay Area and Pacific Northwest, focusing on partnerships with design firms, developers, hospitality groups, and other commercial clients.

This remote SF-based role requires 6+ years in luxury A&D contract sales, a deep personal network, consultative selling skills, and the ability to manage long sales cycles while delivering a best-in-class brand experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in luxury A&D contract sales with an extensive personal book.
• Experience in luxury furniture, textiles, lighting, or related interior categories.
• Strong network within the A&D community throughout the Pacific Northwest.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business.
• Candidate must have a reliable car and a valid driver's license.
• Location in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue growth across Maiden Home’s contract sales channel.
• Identify and develop relationships with architects, developers, hospitality groups, staging firms, and trade partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close and post-sale relationship management.
• Serve as a product and brand expert, guiding clients toward solutions that align with their needs.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, customer experience, operations, and leadership teams.
• Track account activity, pipeline health, and sales performance in CRM systems and provide regular reporting.
• Represent Maiden Home with polish in client meetings, showroom appointments, trade events, and industry networking opportunities.
